Tribute to our Silver Springs one room School as
contributed to by as many Students as could be contacted for a Reunion
in 1985. Silver Springs School 1918-1965 RM of Hazel Dell #335 Sturgis School Unit 3855 at the time. Upon closing the grade school students were bussed to Lintlaw, (now in the Kelvington School Unit) and high School students were bussed to Kelvington High. This Silver Springs School was located on the NW 29-34-8 W2 Original School House opened in 1918. Replaced in about 1947or 1948. John Ashdown |
